Is my digitizer broken?

My phone started to act very wierd, I came home charged it and turned it on. the screen was totally unusable because it detects 3-5 touches that shoudln´t be there. It forms a wierd line (I´ve got touch showing enabled). I tried cleaning it with wipes and rebooting it but nothing helps. My device is Sony ST27i.
