How to remove perfect lock app from device admin of glaxy tab2 (10.1) ?

Perfect lock app( device administrator) let auto restart continuously my Galaxy Tab2 within 20 sec. I tried many times to deactivate Perfect lock app from Device Administrator but not.

I tried also to uninstall it but all tabs are hide(faint).

Help me please...
(1) How can I get my data from device memory ?
(2) How to remove or deactivate Perfect lock app ?

Welcome to the forums. You went into Settings>Security? If that doesn't work, you might need to do a reset.

Yes, already tried as you said: Settings>Security but not work.
My data into device memory will be lost when reset.
How can I recover my data before reset ?

The only way I can think of to pull the data if you are in a loop is to reboot the device into the bootloader and do an ADB pull. But if the reboot happens there too, I am not sure what else to suggest.
