My Galaxy S5 does this any time I try to watch a video on Facebook or Youtube. It's been happening for about 2 weeks. 20 seconds into the video, the image turns black screen but the audio continues to plays like normal. I'll have to pause and hit play again for the image to come back.

Go to Settings>Developer Options, and see if you have an option to choose between NuPlayer and AwesomePlayer. Choose the one that isn't currently chosen, and see if that helps. If you don't see Developer Options, then go to Settings>About Phone, and tap Build Number 7 times.
