I've searched for ages trying to find an app which will log what files have been accessed my phone. I suspect someone is accessing it while I'm not around and want to know specifically what files they are accessing and when.

Is there an app which can do this?

On Windows it would be easy as I'd be able to check file access dates/times to see if files have been opened. Is there a similar thing on Android?

Welcome to Android Central!

You might be able to see it with ES File Manager but not sure if it will be accurate. Why not just put a lock on the lock screen?
