Why won't my data work on my lg g3

I have 4g lte and when I go to one of my apps it says no connection and won't load anything. What can I do to fix it?

1) does wifi work?
2) did you turn data off in settings by accident?
3) if the phone is from a different carrier then you're using right now, are all the APN settings correct?
4) did data used to work a few days ago?

Also, you seem to have posted the question six times, so something is working at least.
