    Hey Tek Savy People,

I am currently a Virgin Mobile Member and I know they have a LTE Network in my location because my husband has an Samsung S5 and he gets LTE withe same service provider. I had LTE when I first joined and now all of the suddan it stopped and I only get 3G. When we go into my setting under Mobile networks I only have 3 options and niether one is LTE. The S5 has 4 options and first option is (auto connect) LTE. how can I get my phone to say LTE beside my cell phone bars

Anyone if you can please help me out that would be greatly appriciated.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,

Welcome to Android Central! Are you going to the Settings>Connections>Mobile Networks menu, and selecting Network Mode? Make sure it's set to Global or some option with LTE.
