Galaxy s4 mini in-call keypad is formatted incorrectly. How do I fix it.?

My galaxy s4 mini keypad when I am in a call is too big. The numbers are behind the other buttons on the screen. This just started recently. I can't enter my voicemail password.

Does this persist after a reboot? How about after wiping the system cache partition, which won't erase any personal data? http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
