Verizon Nexus 7, 2013 Edition?

I have two Nexus 7's. One is Wi-Fi only and the other is through Verizon. My Wi-Fi only is running Lollipop 5.1 while my Verizon Nexus 7 remains on 4.4.

I thought I read that the OTA update has already been pushed out. Does anyone know if it should be running Lollipop?

You can try getting the factory image from Google and installing it.
