Help. I currently use two phones - one for work and one personal. Does any dual-sim phone or app exist that will allow me to set up completely separate profiles for each sim, but be simultaneously active. I.e. separate contacts, sms and apps but receive notifications for them both that I can toggle between.

Welcome to Android Central!

I do not believe you can have two active profiles at the same time. You would have to switch between them. Most Nexus phones allow different profiles.
