Why there's no call audio on my galaxy s4 5.0.1

I just upgraded to 5.0.1 and since that i cannot use the mic & speaker of my phone during call session but i can use it to skype,viber or wechat. Does anybody experience and resolve it?

Try going in to your settings, application manager, all apps, find the phone dialer app and clear the data. You may lose your contacts so make sure they are backed up. That should reset the app and may fix the issue. All else fails as a last resort a factory reset might fix it all. A lot of phones are having issues after they update to Lollipop. Most of the issues go away after the reset. Just make sure to back up all your photos, data, and files.
