can i move game progress from old phone to new phone

Welcome to Android Central! In general, no. With some games, if you can find the data directory using a file manager app, you could try copying that to the new phone and installing the game there to see if it can utilize that data, but this is fairly unlikely. If the game saves your progress to the cloud, then there wouldn't be any problem (which is why it's a good idea sometimes to log into a game using your Facebook or Google+ account).
