How do I choose a gesture for a certain action on my S6?

I have a Galaxy S6 Edge and I heard you can chose many gestures for a certain action. I'm not talking about "Motions & Gestures" that has only 4 options.
So, how do i do it?

You can try a custom launcher, such as Nova Prime, to define different gestures.
