blue filter weakens touch responsiveness

Hey all, I recently got a Samsung galaxy s6. I'm trying to find detailed a good blue light filter...but so far they have all messed with the touch responsiveness of my screen. I've tried the owl filter as well as twilight and others...any thoughts or similar experiences?
