    Having installed Sync manager ok, then connected my phone to Pc, but in the htc library window,it keep telling me (left bottom)' no phone connected' how can I solve this problem or what have I done wrong.......

    Are the drivers for your phone installed correctly?

    HTC Sync Manager seems to be very picky with my old Windows 7 laptop. Even tough I can use 3rd party USB cables to charge by HTC phone, only the original cable that came with the phone works with Sync Manager. Disable USB debugging + right-click HTC Sync Manager on my PC desktop to "Run as Administrator." Htc sync manager does not connect to my phone-htc-sync-mgr-specs.gif
