Importing CSV calendar dates on phone

[AC Question]

I know how easy it is to get a CSV file of dates imported into Google calendar using the desktop but what about simply using my phone? So if someone sends me a file of dates in a CSV format is there any way I can import this directly into my phone? Thanks in advance.
