My Galaxy s6 won't turn on and it isn't out of battery

Last time I put it down I had like 90%. Now if I hold the power button it won't turn on. Please help. I got this phone at sprint like 6 hours ago. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! How long did you try holding the Power button down for? Sometimes you have to hold it for a good 10 seconds or so.

Otherwise, don't waste too much time and energy figuring it out. Bring it back to the store and exchange it.
