I have locked myself out of fingerprint scan and forgotten my alternate password

How can I unlock my phone or go back to the fingers can? My location and mobile data is off as I save battery that way
My kids made too many attempts I'm guessing I've logged into ADM but I don't know what to do? I tried to ring it from ADM but nothing!? Please help anybody
