Is anyone having problems with clock on dashboard since recent update?

After a recent update to my clock I noticed that only hours are shown and no minutes. This happens from 10:00am - 1:00pm. And then the clock correctly displays again until late evening. It looks like this 10:....
Has this happened to anyone else and is there a fix??
