    My s3 has stopped working. It will turn on but all I keep getting are notifications saying 'unfortunately 'app name' has stopped'. There are loads of these notifications. Apart from those notifications the screen is black. Can anyone help?

    When was the last time you backed up your data? If you good on that part I would suggest a factory reset the device and start by installing a few apps at a time to find the one causing you the issues. Here is a tutorial to help you through the process.

    Not for a long time but I wouldn't mind losing my stuff if it would work again! The problem though is that I can't reset because even though the phone is on ( I can see the lights and the start up picture of samsung) nothing works. All that's there is a black screen with notifications popping up so can't go into setting or anything
