Transfer photos from water damaged S4 mini

I went swimming with my phone it shows a blue led light and I can sometimes see the very top of my lock screen. The phone vibrates when connected to usb cord.

You can try installing Samsung Kies to see if you can get it to recognize the phone and access the photos. If that does not work then you might have lost all the data. Did you not have your Google Photos auto backup turned on?
