How to restore a "No GPS" error?

Ho guys,
I just updated the new Lollipop a few days ago, and find that when I want to use Waze or Map, it can't find the GPS even though the GPS is already switch on.

Also, I can't enable the lock screen swipe. It turns grey.

Have you at least tried to wipe the cache yet?

Install GPS Status & Toolbox and see if your GPS is working or keeps searching forever. If it keeps searching, and it's a Samsung phone, there's a fix.

Yes, already done that. Still got the problem. Even try re-install the navigation apps, it still the same.
