Help! Stuck in an Android Central account 'do loop'!

[AC Question]

Entered info to set up AC account and got screen referencing email to finish process. However, never got that email.
Now I cannot log in because I have not finished the process (get "no account" message) but cannot create new account because my info has already been assigned (get "account already established, try logging in" message).
How do I get OUT of this loop and get my account set up???
