Why can't my Samsung Mega 2 on ATT make calls?

[AC Question]

It not the SIM Card, I have tried 3 of them and the same problem. Everything else is working fine, including sending text messages. But when I try to make and/or receive a phone call, I get a Out of Service message and the Bars disappear and I get Circle indicating No Service?

Please Help...
