Can't Change S View Background on My New S6?

[AC Question]

I've had my new S6 for about a month now and have yet to run into any problems. However, just recently, I find that I cannot change the S View Background picture anymore. Whether I do so through Wallpaper > S View or Accessories > S View Window Wallpaper, it doesn't work. If I have already made the picture I want into a Lock Screen background or Home Screen background, I can use that as the S View background, but this is inconvenient and does not let me choose exactly which part of the photo shows in the S View Window. Please, help?
