Hi all! My LG G4 is only 2 weeks old. It keeps randomly crashing and it's not when I'm using a specific app. Sometimes it's Facebook, sometimes it's Google Maps, sometimes it's nothing at all. It will crash and then I have to remove the battery and SD card. It will sometimes take MULTIPLE tries to get it start again; it will freeze up again while it's restarting! Once it gets past the startup screen it will display the following message "Android is starting. Optimizing Apps 1 of 57. This may take longer depending on some apps. Do not remove battery until complete." HELP! I took it in to Sprint and their IT person couldn't find any software glitches. Thanks!

i'm having the same issue and its just completely stop working. if i was gonna have this kind of problem with this phone i'll would of gotten a iphone 6 or a galaxy s6 i had the option but since i've had both the LG G2 and G3 and had a great experience with it i'll figure i'll have a better one with this new one and i've only had it 3 weeks and it's broken... no good LG

The fault is not necessarily LG's.
