I have a Note 4 that I previously had with verizon. I paid a hefty price for the phone and got tired of Verizon so I decided to switch to cricket. The phone is not locked and I tried a friend t-mobile Sim in it and it worked fine. Today I went to switch it to cricket and they were not able to get it to work. After much research I'm seeing that I may have to root it and flash it. Is there another way around it? If not how would I do the root and flash? A lot of what I'm seeing does not have the software for the Verizon version of the note 4.
