i have a HTC ONE M7 on a sprint network touch screen doesnt work but will work in TWRP recovery

ive been trying for a week now to go from Sprint carrier(currently on phone) to my service provider(T-mobile/family mobile) by unlocking sim card but this phone has been the most difficult i have ever worked with but bootloader is unlocked and its still rooted but i cant access anything because touch screen only works in TWRP mode after the installation of viperROM i may have interrupted installation of rom by pressing power button because i thought it was frozen after it was taking longer than 30 min...can you please help if you know of a solution...thank you...J
