GS4 Alarm not working properly

The alarms on my device will go off at the proper time. After 1 minute they will either silence themselves or snooze themselves, depending on if I have snooze activated on that particular alarm.

Did you recently update to Lollipop? You can try going in to your settings, application manager, all apps, find the clock app and clear the data. That should reset the clock app and may clear out any bugs.
