No free line tone when calling someone but calling works. How to fix it?

Hey guys,

I got a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge I bought last week.
The phone works but when I call someone I don't get the free line signal. Seems like a minor issue but it disturbs me because I don't know how long it rings before the person takes up the phone.
Anyone got a solution for my problem?

Other thing is: When I try to dial some of my contacts are not found via smartsearch of the dialer. I have to go to "Contacts" and search for the contact there to be able to call him/her. I'm already a little stressed out because of this phone...

If you're talking about the ringback tone, the tone you hear that sounds like the other person's phone ringing, that's generated by the carrier, not the phone.
