How to enable USB mass storage mode (UMS)

I have rooted S5 with android 5.0 and I need to restore deleted files from internal storage.
Need to mount it as a drive and get drive letter for it. (internal storage)

I've planned to use recuva or similar app for recovering.

(MobileGo and similar apps doesdn't work)

And i don't want MPT or PTP. They don't help me.
So if someone know any apps or commands or anything could help me, please tell me. I have searched for couple days to get all my photos and other stuff back.

ES File Explorer can see everything you can (IOW, you're limited without root, no matter what app you use), and it can see a drive on the network.
