I am missing several icons on the screen of a Bright-Tab tablet. How do I recover these?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean they disappeared from the homescreen? Are they still in the app drawer (the list or grid of all apps that are installed on the device)? If so, long-press them and drag them back to the homescreen to re-create the shortcut.
