How do I get pictures off of camera on old phone after activating new phone

Most of my pictures when to the Verizon cloud, however, my Verizon cloud reached its maximum and the rest of my pictures are sitting on my phone camera. I activated my new phone, and still need to bring over the pictures from my phone. How could I still do that? I thought I had dropbox installed on old phone, and it seems I did not.

Welcome to Android Central! Connect the old phone to your computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos to your computer's hard drive. Then connect the new phone via USB to the computer, and use Windows Explorer to copy those files from the hard drive to the new phone's Internal Storage (either the Pictures directory or the DCIM/Camera directory).
