Need help moving apps from SD card to phone storage.

I have no room to update the app on the SD card

Go to Settings and under the "More" tab tap on Application manager. Then swipe over to sd card and tap on the app you want to move. Under the storage options in the App info there will be a button that says Move to device storage. Tap on that button to move the app back to your phone.
