I can't use my phone because it says unfortunately several apps have stopped

I did a factory reset on my Android LG phone n it still won't let me make or receive calls or texts n it reads unfortunately Google account manager, calls,contacts and messaging has stopped. What can I do to fix this so that I can use my phone? Please help I'm getting very frustrated?
