"Error" when I try to enter my phone number to register for Viber?

I have had Viber on my new Nextbook before. Actually, I had just installed it for the first time earlier that day, and it worked perfectly. But for reasons unrelated to Viber, I did a factory reset. So I figured that it would be no problem, and reinstalled it. I re-entered my number, but did not receive the sms that I had the first time. I eventually realized that it was because they were sending it to my "other" Viber account, the one that I had earlier but lost because of the factory reset. And so I clicked the button that said something of the nature of, "report that this is my only device". However, very unfortunately, I then accidentally pressed the back button. Yeah.

And so I received the sms, but now I had not place to enter it, because I was back where I had started. So I re-entered my phone number, but this time it said "Error". I have no idea what to do now. I would very much appreciate it if someone could help me?
