MySmart Switch cannot connect to iCloud?

[AC Question]

I keep inserting my apple id and password in the app and it keeps telling me it cannot connect to iCloud although the information is correct (I even changed my password to something simpler and typed over and over). My wifi works perfectly and I have no idea what to do!! Please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager, select Smart Switch, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
