My youtube isn't working

I tried restarting it but it still won't work, and fixed my phone so it was like the day I got it, and it isn't affected by my account

What device are you using? What version of Android are you running? Are you using WiFi or mobile data? Are you using the YouTube app or m.youtube.com in a browser?

If you're using the YouTube app, have you tried clearing the cache?

What error message are you getting?

I alternate to see if either one works. They both do at times but then I get the error message "There is a problem with the network please try again later [401]"


I am using the app that came with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Have you tried clearing cache as suggested above by Laura?

Clear cache should fix this but not sure what causes it.
