I just got my phone a month ago. A few days ago, my phone glitched a little, and when I turned the screen back on, it wouldn't respond. I couldn't even unlock my phone. I have done multiple resets, and taken out the battery multiple times and it hasn't worked. I have had this problem before, and it was fixed by doing these things but now it doesn't work. I am afraid to do a factory reset because I wasn't able to back up anything on my phone, which has a lot of important data, (work stuff, etc.) What can I do to fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! First try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744. If that doesn't help, try booting into Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11724
