Verizon Family Share Plan

[AC Question]

We have 2 lines on the verizon family share plan with unlimited data. My husband's is the primary. I'm wondering if I can keep both lines but change my number from a smart phone to a basic to lower our bill and keep our share plan, leaving my husband with unlimited data. Essentially leaving my line unused since I will simply get a smartphone on a prepaid plan with someone else. I thought of porting my number to tracfone but a family share plan needs at least 2 lines and I don't want to mess with my husbands line just lower our monthly bill.
