After downloading and upgrading, my galaxy note pro 12.2 screen is dim. I can barely read it. The brightness option in device display only gives the option for automatic brightness. This option says okay or cancel. It won't do either. The slide bar in this area will not slide. It does not respond. I can tap on this and it is frozen or dead.
How can I fix this?
Is there a way to reinstall the upgrade so hopefully it will be fixed?
Can I just uninstall and go back to the operating system before this upgrade.
Even after restarting the device several times, I cannot fix this.
Any suggestions?
