why my android micromax A069 is showing no command when i want to switch on it?

as i do factory reset from setting but it is still showing this

Welcome to AC.

Hold the Power button, then press Volume Up once. Release Power. Use Volume Up or Down to navigate to the Factory Reset option, then press Power to start the procedure.
