It should be in your app drawer. Look at the upper left corner and there's a way to sort the apps, if you've forgotten the name ask it to sort by recent this should be recently installed, I believe, and it will appear at the top of the list. From the PS you can go to the app description and use the open option there or for a more permanent solution go into your PS options and choose add icons to home screen, uninstall the app and install it again and the PS will add new app's icons to your screen automatically. Just be sure to have a blank space available.
