    I've configured my APN correctly, following my carrier's directions but I still can't make the mobile data work.
    The carrier says the mobile data is enabled, but that there is probably another issue with my phone.

    I'm using a brand new MotoE 2015 4G LTE.

    Hi Andredab, bienvenido a Android Central! Have you recently updated to lollipop latest version? There are some reports of different Motorola devices having a similar problem after the update. You can check this thread and see it that fix works for you.

    For some people changing the APN settings to Ipv4/Ipv6 did the trick. They are different network providers but maybe worth a try.
