Hello all.. I have Samsung A7.. Actually I have a problem that is while using Whatsapp, Viber, Hike and Imo voice calls, I cannot hear the opposite person's voice normally .. I can hear it only on loudspeakers. . Actually my voice can be heard to the receiver clearly.. What can I do to hear the opposite person's voice normally rather than using loudspeakers .. Please do help me out quickly...
