How can I recover play store and services in my Galaxy tablet note 8.0 GT N5110.?

after resetting, it keeps on giving all kinds of errors: the process com.google.process. gapps has stopped
play store does not get installed nor the services.
Please, help! I do not have any other idea to solve the problem

Welcome to Android Central! Was the tablet ever rooted? How did you do the factory reset--from the system settings menu, or from the Recovery Menu?
