Whenever I turn on my Nexus 4, the google logo shows up, then the screen turns glowy black and stays that way with no response from inputs. I can restart or turn it off by holding the power button, but the same thing happens whenever I turn it on again.
I can assess the bootloader menu by turning it on with volume and power held down, and I can wipe all data on the phone that way, but even when I do that, the phone still refuses to load and gets stuck on the black screen when I try.
