Verizon home screen

[AC Question]

I had a Note 4 with Tmobile but changed to Verizon because of all the dropped calls.

Anyway I noticed on Tmobile's Home Screen Setting after turning off Flipboard Briefing you are able to scroll through every screen without being stopped on the last screen.

Verizon you cannot you are stop and forced to back track. Is there a fix for this?
