Can't connect LG G3 to Pioneer X-FH720BT CD receiver

[AC Question]

So I just installed the FH720BT the other day with no issues. However, the only functionality that didn't seem to work properly was bluetooth pairing. After restarting the receiver and all of my devices, I was actually able to pair an iPhone 5c successfully with full functionality. However, when I try to connect my LG G3 (having restarted both devices multiple times and even done the forget all devices trick on the receiver) it still just comes up with an error after sending the code and attempting to pair. I've scoured the internet and still have yet to find any solution and I still haven't heard back from Pioneer about a possible fix.
