How do I tell if someone tampered with my phone?

My phone displayed a message that SD card was unmounted. I have not removed my card, ever. Is this an indication someone tampered with my phone or is this common due to jarring the phone, etc?

Is there any way to tell if someone copied it or downloaded something to it? (I occasionally use my debit card and I access banking online with my phone at times.)

That can happen with SD cards. Sometimes they have issues and may need to be reformatted.
