Hello, gf updated her S4 a week ago with an OTA update ( don't know if relevent to my problem ). Phone is now in 5.0.1
Anyway, for the past few days all the notifications sounds, as well as the alarms, are going through the internal speaker ( the one we use during a call ). All media is coming through that same speaker too. (Youtube/audio files)
I managed to test the external speaker, and it is working great ( dialing *#7353# )
So if any of you have encountered that same problem and found a solution that would be great !
I don't really know what to do for now with her phone. I'm not used to stock android and samsung style and it's lack of customization and menus in the settings.
